Widgets of Mass Deliciousness

This page contains widgets and plugins for Clicky, typically things you would install on your own web site or on a widgety site such as iGoogle or Netvibes. Most of the items on this page were created by third parties, and utilize our API. If you have created something and want to share it with the world, please see the submission page. While we have tested every item listed on this page, we cannot make any guarantees about them.

Attention! Most of these are configured by default to use Clicky's own traffic data. To configure them for your web site, you will need your site_id and sitekey. These are unique for each registered site, and can be found on each site's preferences page (click the icon in the tab bar for your site).

iGoogle Clicky Dashboard

This awesome iGoogle widget mimics to near perfection the Clicky dashboard, in both looks and functionality. It is more or less the most amazing widget of all time! iGoogle widgets can be embedded on an external web site as well, as you can see to the right (that's a live copy of it running against our own traffic). This widget essentially displays ALL of your traffic data that is available, so it's probably not something you want to make public. But hey, it's your traffic - do what you want!

Mr. Who Visitor Teller

This flash widget displays your most popular data from any available category (searches, links, etc). On the right is a copy of it, set up to display Clicky's most popular search terms for today. You can have more than one on your page if you want to display more than one type of data. When a user clicks the "Clicky" logo, they are taken to our web site with your affiliate ID embedded automatically!

Developed by Ernesto Quezada of Overload Studios.

Click here to install. If you are installing it on a service like Blogger or MySpace, you can click the appropiate button. Otherwise, click the "embed code" button to get the HTML needed to install on any web site.

Windows Vista Sidebar Gadget

If you are running Windows Vista, this handy gadget displays your basic daily stats in the sidebar, keeping you up to date on your numbers with a quick glance. Your detailed stats are just a click away.

iGoogle Maps

This widget displays your recent visitors in Google Maps. It is similar to the mapping feature within Clicky, but can be embedded in your own web site or used on iGoogle. It also shows images of each visitor's location, taken from Yahoo Images API. Screenshot (too big to display here).

WordPress plugin

Version 0.3b, released June 14 2007

Integrate Clicky into your self-hosted WordPress blog without the need to edit any templates. Includes support for automatically tagging your blog visitors by name, and the ability to ignore visits from blog administrators. Note that custom data tracking requires a PRO account - you can upgrade here.

REQUIREMENTS

* Self-hosted version of WordPress 2.1 or higher. It may work with earlier versions but has not been tested.
* Your theme must have a 'wp_footer' hook.

IMPORTANT NOTES

* Always delete all previous versions of this plugin before installing a new one.
* If you have already manually put your tracking code on your blog, please remove that first, as it will conflict with this plugin.
* Using WP-Cache? Don't enable the 'ignore admin' functionality, or tracking won't work correctly!

Download the Clicky WordPress Plugin
Unzip and put the PHP file in your wp-content/plugins directory.
